Welcome to sussex care hub

The Sussex Care Hub was started after it was identified residents across Sussex, many of which are elderly, found it difficult to find services required. As a group of care professionals, we wanted to develop a series of networking groups where we could learn about other businesses and services we could use to recommend to our patients.

Regular monthly networking meetings are open to all and are held in Brighton & Hove, Mid-Sussex and Eastbourne. The members range from community care providers, healthcare organisations, financial services, volunteer organisations and more! Come along to a meeting or get in touch to find out more!
