Comprising 240 residential apartments, our village boasts a comprehensive range of amenities to cater to every need and preference. From a leisure block with a heated swimming pool and fitness facilities to a vibrant cafeteria, restaurant, and shopping options, residents enjoy a rich and fulfilling lifestyle within our community. Our dedicated management team is always on hand to arrange additional support services, ensuring peace of mind for residents who may require extra assistance.

Within the serene grounds of St George's Park, we also offer 27 Assisted Living apartments available for rent. These residences provide residents with the independence of having their own home coupled with the convenience of inclusive services, eliminating the burdens of homeownership.

Moreover, our commitment to comprehensive care extends to our two Care Homes located on the expansive 250-acre site. These homes provide both Residential and Nursing Care, offering residents the flexibility to transition within the park as their care needs evolve.
